Before the summer ends & we start heading into cooler months, I wanted to share my refreshing Cilantro Lime Bean Salad recipe. It’s zesty, packed with nutrients, & makes a nice side or pot-luck dish for any evening. Try it out for yourself!

Ingredients
1 can (1.5 cups) black beans
1 can (1.5 cups) garbanzo beans
1 can (1.5 cups) corn
1 bunch cilantro
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
3 cloves minced fresh garlic
1 half chopped red onion
top with fresh avocado slices
The Process
rinse & strain beans & corn then pour into a large mixing bowl
chop garlic, onion, & cilantro then stir into the mixing bowl with beans & corn
sprinkle in seasonings: Chili Lime, garlic powder, salt, & pepper
ready to eat or chill for later!
only top with avocado when you're eating this salad fresh!
