I love the taste of Brussels sprouts & the fact that they are so great for you! Not only are Brussels Sprouts low in calories & fat, but they're also high in protein & fiber, which aids with digestion. The main mineral makeup of these fibrous veggies are Potassium & Iron, while the major vitamins at play are Folate, Vitamins A & C. Brussels Sprouts have even been linked to preventing prostate & colon cancer - pretty amazing stuff! Sprouts are such a fantastic food & scrumptious when you do them up. See for yourself with these crunchy, crispy brussels sprouts!
