Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

I have loved pumpkin for as long as I can remember! As a matter of fact, my parents dressed me up as a pumpkin for my first Halloween, & still lovingly call me "Pumpkin" to this day. Naturally, this scrumptious pumpkin pie smoothie came to me in the kitchen one Autumn day...


You'll need a blender of sorts. I use a cheap Magic Bullet that I got at Target for $20.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana

  • 5 tbsp organic pumpkin purée

  • 1 tsp flax seeds

  • dash cinnamon

  • dash nutmeg

  • dash allspice

  • 1-1.5 cups Oatly, or alternative milk of your choice

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla (don't add if you're already using vanilla flavored protein)

  • 3 tbsp Vital Proteins unflavored collagen protein - you can use a vanilla protein, if you'd prefer*


The Process

  • Toss everything in your blender & do it up!

  • Pulse until everything is smooth & creamy


Enjoy this creamy pumpkin pie treat for breakfast or dessert! Stay spooky!!
